BOVT TOURS LLC
1. PARTIES
This Agreement is entered into between BOVT TOURS LLC (BOVTT.COM) and the
registered company.
2. SCOPE OF ACCESS
2.1 Non-exclusive access to view rates, make bookings, and sell products.
2.2 Access is strictly for B2B use only.
3. PARTNER OBLIGATIONS
- Hold a valid trade license
- Provide accurate company information
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Inform customers of policies
- Keep login credentials secure
4. RATES, PAYMENTS & COMMISSIONS
4.1 All rates displayed on the Portal are confidential and for Partner use only.
4.2 Net rates, commissions, and payment terms shall be as displayed or separately agreed in writing.
4.3 BOVTT.COM reserves the right to revise rates and terms at any time without prior notice.
5. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
5.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
5.2 Cancellation, amendment, and no-show policies apply as stated on the Portal at the time of booking.
5.3 The Partner is responsible for communicating these policies to clients.
6. FRAUD & MISUSE
6.1 Any misuse of the Portal, including rate abuse, ticket reselling, falsification of guest data, or fraudulent activity, may result in immediate suspension or termination.
6.2 BOVTT.COM reserves the right to audit bookings and partner activity.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, system data, and materials on the Portal are the property of BOVTT.COM and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
8. DATA PROTECTION
Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Customer data shall be used solely for booking and operational purposes.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BOVTT.COM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the relevant confirmed booking.
10. TERMINATION
BOVTT.COM may suspend or terminate Portal access at any time due to breach, non-payment, inactivity, or legal non-compliance. Outstanding balances shall remain payable.
11. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [UAE / chosen jurisdiction], with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts therein.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
12.1 Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, storms, pandemics), government actions, war, terrorism, strikes, system outages, or supplier shutdowns (“Force Majeure Events”).
12.2 In the event of a Force Majeure Event, bookings may be amended, postponed, or cancelled subject to supplier policies, and BOVTT.COM shall not be liable for any consequential losses, damages, or claims arising from such events.
12.3 Any refunds, credits, or rescheduling shall be strictly as per the actual supplier or attraction policies applicable at the time of the event.
13. ACCEPTANCE
By clicking “I Agree”, continuing to use the Portal, or making a booking, the Partner confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
